SHIPPING

 

A. SHIPPING CHARGES

  •  Shipping is generally free for all products on the website. You won't be required to pay any other fee after you pay for your order unless if you want a special kind of arrangement or extra fast shipping or delivery

 

B. SHIPPING TIME

- For most of our products, shipping typically takes around 5-9 days or under 3 weeks. This applies particularly to items not instantly in stock. For items that are readily available, we strive to deliver rapidly. If you're located in Lusaka, you can usually expect your items either on the same day or within a 48-hour period. For deliveries outside Lusaka but within Zambia, it commonly takes up to 96 hours. Please note, these time frames can be subject to external factors beyond our control.

                  DELIVERY TIME 

 FOR PRODUCTS READILY AVAILABLE

 

A. WITHIN LUSAKA CITY OR GREATER LUSAKA (CHILANGA, SILVEREST, LUSAKA WEST, 6-10 MILES)

  • Same day or next day. Our delivery team will deliver your order to your door. If any complications arise, our team will be in touch.

B. OUTSIDE LUSAKA CITY & GREATER LUSAKA

  • If your location is along the rail line, spanning from Livingstone to Chingola and Chipata, expect your delivery within a window of 24-48 hours. For other towns and cities situated beyond the rail line, the delivery time is typically between 48-96 hours.

    Please note, for orders made from Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola, and Kabwe, deliveries are usually made directly to the specified delivery address provided during the ordering process. We recommend providing comprehensive details to ensure seamless door-to-door delivery.

    For orders originating from all other towns, collection will be from the designated offices of our delivery partner in your respective town.

           

 Once your product is sent out of Lusaka, we'll send you the tracking information via email. It should be noted that all tracking details concerning your order(s) are sent to your email from the beginning of your order until delivery.

However, once your order is dispatched from our facilities, or those of our partners, unforeseen circumstances may influence shipping times. While we can't control these external factors, we stand by ready to support you should any delays occur.

Once your purchased products are handed over to the delivery carrier at our or our partner's facilities, the product's journey towards you begins. The ownership of the product(s) is transferred to you at this point, a milestone we'll confirm via a Shipment Notification Email. However, please know that even though the legal title passes, we understand that the practical control is not with you until delivery. Should you encounter any issues during delivery or upon receiving your order, we at Plus260 Tech Solutions stand ready to assist. Your satisfaction and ease are our priority.
