PLUS260 TECH SOLUTIONS: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION: Welcome to Plus260 Tech Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Plus260 Tech Solutions regarding your access to and use of our services.

2. ACCEPTANCE: By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Plus260 Tech Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plus260 Tech Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, any unlawful activity related to the service, or any other harm caused by your use of the service.

7. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

8. TERMINATION: Plus260 Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason. Provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zambian courts.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. Your continued access or use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
