I. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
II. Standard Return Policy
a. Device Returns (Including, but not limited to Phones, iPads, Laptops, & Smart Watches):
i. Within a fourteen (14) day period from the date of delivery, in cases of manufacturer defects, Plus260 Tech Solutions reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective item upon thorough assessment.
ii. Between the third (3rd) week and the sixth (6th) month from the date of purchase, defects will only be repaired.
iii. Products must be returned in an undamaged and unused condition, inclusive of original tags and packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
iv. All costs associated with return shipping shall be borne by the Customer.
v. Damages arising from customer mishandling or misuse are explicitly excluded from this policy.
b. Other Online Store Products:
i. Defects reported within a fourteen (14) day period from the purchase date are eligible for repair or replacement, subject to evaluation.
ii. The product should be in the condition as received, including original tags and packaging.
iii. Return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
c. Received Damages or Incorrect Items:
i. Customers are urged to inspect delivered items promptly. Should any defect be identified or an incorrect item received, immediate notification to Plus260 Tech Solutions is required.
a. Refunds will generally be processed within a span of four (4) weeks from the acknowledged date of product return. This period accounts for return transit, internal processing, and bank transaction durations.
b. In scenarios where a product, after thorough inspection by Plus260 Tech Solutions, is deemed to be in optimal condition without any defects or damages, a refund will be issued for only seventy-five percent (75%) of the total amount paid by the Customer. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) will be retained by Plus260 Tech Solutions to cover administrative, inspection, and associated costs. The other twenty-five percent (25%) will be kept by Plus260 Tech Solutions as a charge for administrative, inspection, and related expenses. This charge is also applicable if a customer decides to cancel their order, except if the cancellation request is made within 10 minutes of placing the order.
c. For queries or concerns related to refunds or the refund process, Customers are advised to provide their specific order details and reach out to the designated contact channels of Plus260 Tech Solutions.
a. For the purposes of product exchange, the Customer is required to return the original item. Subsequent to approval of said return, the Customer may then proceed to place a new order.
V. Layby Refunds
a. Termination or cancellation of lay-by orders will result in a refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of the aggregate paid amount to the Customer.
b. The retained twenty-five percent (25%) shall be applied to cover administrative and associated costs.
c. Refunds pertaining to lay-by cancellations shall be processed within a period ranging from twelve (12) to sixteen (16) days from the date of acknowledged cancellation.
VI. Pricing & Adjustments
a. Plus260 Tech Solutions reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or adjust product prices listed on www.plus260.store without prior notice.
b. In the event of unintentional pricing discrepancies or errors, corrections will be made posthaste. If a Customer is charged in excess of the correct listed price, they are entitled to contact Plus260 Tech Solutions to facilitate a refund of the excess amount.
c. All pricing is denominated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) for local clientele. International patrons are advised to consult Plus260 Tech Solutions prior to executing a purchase.
VII. Order Confirmations
a. Electronic acknowledgment of online orders, typically facilitated via email, does not constitute a binding acceptance of said order.
b. Plus260 Tech Solutions retains the express right, at its discretion, to accept or decline any order placed by a Customer.
c. In instances where a financial charge has been levied for an order that is subsequently rescinded, a complete refund shall be remitted to the Customer.
VIII. Product Availability & Limitations
a. In instances of exceptional demand or limited inventory, Plus260 Tech Solutions may impose restrictions on the quantity of particular items available for purchase.
b. Plus260 Tech Solutions further reserves the right to modify these quantity limitations subsequent to order placement if deemed necessary.
c. In the event Plus260 Tech Solutions cannot fulfil an order due to inventory constraints, said order shall be annulled, and a full refund shall be issued to the Customer.
IX. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
a. Plus260 Tech Solutions reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued patronage of www.plus260.store or utilization of Plus260 Tech Solutions' services post-amendment signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of said amendments.
XI. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, videos, text, and software used on www.plus260.store, is the property of Plus260 Tech Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
b. Unauthorized use of this content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
XII. Warranty Disclaimer
a. Products sold by Plus260 Tech Solutions are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty unless explicitly specified.
b. In association with the product manufacturer's warranty, Plus260 Tech Solutions makes no further warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the product's fitness for a particular purpose.
XIII. Limitation of Liability
a. Under no circumstances shall Plus260 Tech Solutions, its affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products procured.
b. Plus260 Tech Solutions' liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the product's purchase price.
a. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plus260 Tech Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or services, any customer postings made, the Customer's violation of any terms of this Agreement or the Customer's violation of any rights of a third party, or the Customer's violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
XV. Force Majeure
a. Plus260 Tech Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, fires, or any other cause beyond Plus260 Tech Solutions' reasonable control.
a. Plus260 Tech Solutions shall maintain the privacy of all personal information collected on the website, such as registration information and shopping history. Such data will not be shared with third parties without the Customer's permission.
a. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that closely mirrors the intent of the original provision.
XVIII. Entire Agreement
XIX. No Waiver
a. The failure of Plus260 Tech Solutions to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
a. Plus260 Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate user accounts and access to its services and platforms for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies deemed relevant.
XXI. Feedback and Suggestions
a. Any feedback or suggestions provided by the Customer to Plus260 Tech Solutions shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Plus260 Tech Solutions shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
XXII. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
a. All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiations. If parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, they agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration in Zambia.
