Below is a summary of investment options, maturity periods, and interest rates:
A. K5,000 to K14,999 is paid after 3 Months (with an interest of 25%)
B. K15,000 to K29,999 is paid after 4 Months (with an interest of 35%)
C. K30,000 to K49,999 is paid after 5 Months (with an interest of 40%)
D. K50,000 to K100,000 is paid after 6 Months (with an interest of 45%)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

SECURITY:
Default & Remediation
In case of default, the following steps shall be taken prior to litigation:
a. Written notice of default given to the defaulting party.
b. A 30-day period for the defaulting party to remedy the default.
c. Failure to remedy within the stipulated period may initiate further legal action.
Dispute Resolution Process
All disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Severability
If any part of this Contract is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Contract shall continue in effect as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable part was never included.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. The courts of Zambia shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute, or difference concerning the Contract.Each of the parties has read this agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by it.
